This freeze dried Salmon meal with broccoli and pasta has been prepared by Summit To Eat to allow you to carry an energy-rich meal that easily slips into the bottom of your backpack.

This double-portion recipe of 193g before rehydration is a freeze dried meal rich in fats with approximately 61g. It's an ideal meal for your mountain adventures, hiking, trail running, climbing to share with your partner.

After rehydration, it's a generous portion of approximately 643g that you can enjoy for your lunch or dinner during your bivouac.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina pasta (42%) (wheat flour, water), milk, single cream (milk), salmon (Salmo Salar) (fish) (9%), diced onions, broccoli florets (6%), rapeseed oil, corn starch, salt, white pepper.

Allergens: Gluten, milk, fish and derivatives.

Advice: Store in a cool, dry place.

Preparation method:

1) Remove the oxygen absorber

2) Add 450ml of boiling water (approximately up to line C)

3) Stir for 8 minutes

4) Serve
