This double-portion recipe of 193g before rehydration is a freeze dried meal rich in fats with approximately 61g. It's an ideal meal for your mountain adventures, hiking, trail running, climbing to share with your partner.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina pasta (42%) (wheat flour, water), milk, single cream (milk), salmon (Salmo Salar) (fish) (9%), diced onions, broccoli florets (6%), rapeseed oil, corn starch, salt, white pepper.

Advice: Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation method:
1) Remove the oxygen absorber
2) Add 450ml of boiling water (approximately up to line C)
