Best before date: 02/2024 - Potatoes with smoked ham and porcini mushrooms is a freeze-dried dish prepared by the French brand Voyager. Cheese and button mushrooms add flavour to a tasty and nutrient-dense dish. A 375 g serving after rehydration that provides more than 500 kcal. Perfect for regaining strength after a day of hiking or mountaineering!

Regarding the preparation, everything is indicated on the bag. Simply pour the hot water up to line 6. Once your meal is finished, you can incinerate the bag in your wood fire. If you cook with gas, the bag can be used as a garbage can for your waste.

Potatoes with smoked ham and porcini mushrooms are:

Ingredients: Potato 50%, oleic sunflower oil, freeze-dried smoked ham 8% (pork ham, salt, dextrose, natural rômes, sucrose, preservative E250, antioxidant E316, stabilizer E451), prunes 6%, dried porcini mushrooms 4%, starch, glucose syrup, onion, milk protein, salt, garlic, rice starch, parsley 0.2%, pepper.

Allergens: Milk. May contain traces of sulphites.

Instructions: Keep in a dry and temperate place

Method of preparation: Add 250 ml of boiling water (respect the water line n°6), mix well, close the zipper and wait 5 to 8 minutes, reopen and enjoy.
