Description

The double portion version of Travellunch's leek and potato soup with ham is ideal for meals for two or for big appetites. This hearty dish combines soft potatoes, melt-in-the-mouth leeks and flavoursome ham, for a simple and satisfying recipe.

As with the classic version, simply add boiling water (quantity specified on the pouch), stir, then wait 5 to 10 minutes. The meal is ready to eat directly from the pouch.

Practical, nutritious and quick to prepare, this format is perfect for a duo bivouac or long self-sufficient outings.

Potatoes 44%, ham 10% (pork 74%, salt, dextrose, stabiliser: e450, preservative: e250), skimmed milk powder, butter powder, palm fat, maltodextrin, whey proteins, leek 4%, cream powder, toasted onions 2% (onions 76%, palm fat, wheat flour), salt, onions, lactose, milk protein, yeast extract, spice extract, flavouring.

Preparation method
  • Add 700 ml of boiling water directly to the pouch.
  • Stir.
  • Seal the zip.
  • Leave for 5 to 10 minutes.
