Each gel provides 45g of carbohydrates, structured around a 1:1 glucose:fructose ratio, optimising absorption via the SGLT1, SGLT2 and GLUT5 transporters. This ratio enables high intakes of up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour without overloading the digestive system.

Its fluid texture and neutral taste, free from pronounced sweetness or artificial flavours, make it an easy-to-consume gel even during intense effort phases when digestibility is essential.
