This recipe, called "Turkish Falafels", is part of the Ultra range of ultra-lightweight, high-calorie freeze dried meals. Rich in 800 kcal, one portion weighs 147 g and requires only 175 ml of water to prepare. An ideal meal for endurance activities such as hiking and self-sufficient races (sailing, Marathon des Sables...).
From a nutritional perspective, the falafels contain over 80 nutrients including 30 essential vitamins and minerals. The recipe is vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free.
