53% pasta (durum wheat semolina, water), palm fat, 7% beef, starch, tomatoes, onions, maltodextrin, paprika, salt, seasoning, flavouring, yeast extract, garlic, lactose, caramel, anti-caking agent: silicic acid, spices, thickener: guar gum, smoke flavouring.

Preparation method
First remove the oxygen absorber from the pouch, pour 320 ml of hot boiling water over the meal in the pouch, stir well and leave to rehydrate for at least 12 minutes with the pouch resealed.
