These chicken noodles accompanied by small vegetables (green beans, onions, corn, peppers) are perfect for revitalising you during your outdoor activities. This freeze dried meal, in addition to being tasty, has the advantage of being nutritious with over 450 kcal per serving as well as a balanced intake of protein, fat and carbohydrates.

Whether you're a hiker, skipper or mountaineer, this freeze dried meal is ideal. It is compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry. In terms of preparation, it's simple and quick. Simply pour the amount of water indicated on the pouch and wait for it to rehydrate. If you don't have a stove, it also works with cold water. The rehydration time will just be longer.

Ingredients: 51 g egg noodles (wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), egg, salt, colouring (E160), firming agents (E501(i), E500(i)), acidity regulator (E330)), onion, 38 g chicken, 29 g peppers (red, yellow, green), 28 g green beans, rapeseed oil, 19 g sweetcorn, red chilli paste (red chilli, sugar, garlic, sunflower oil, lemon juice, ginger, lemongrass, salt, ground coriander), garlic, corn starch, salt, caramel colouring (E150c), white pepper.

Allergens: Gluten, Eggs.

Preparation instructions:

1) Add 230 ml of hot water

2) Mix well, close the zip seal

3) Wait 5 minutes and enjoy.
