Potatoes, 16% fish preparation made from cod (87% cod, citrus fibre, potato flour, salt), 6.4% beans, 6.4% sweetcorn, carrot, tomato concentrate, rapeseed oil, maize starch, soy sauce (soya, salt, vinegar), 2.4% lime juice, vegetable stock (salt, glucose syrup, flavouring, onion, modified starch, maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, vegetable concentrate, seasoning, sugar, vinegar extract), seasoning, garlic, antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid).

Preparation method
  • Tear off the black top section.
  • Add 400 ml of hot water, up to the line marked on the pouch.
  • Stir thoroughly and wait 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Tear down to the second line to form a bowl.
