Lentils 31%, textured soya protein, palm fat, modified starch, ham 10% (pork 74%, salt, dextrose, stabiliser: e450, preservative e250), toasted onions 6% (onions 76%, wheat flour), whey protein, salt, maltodextrin, carrots, yeast extract, tomato powder, onions, herbs, spices, flavouring.

Preparation method
Add 375 ml of boiling water directly into the pouch. Stir well. Close the zip. Leave to stand for 5–10 minutes.
