Description

This Tactical Foodpack freeze-dried bibimbap combines beef, rice and spiced vegetables for an energising meal outdoors. Inspired by Korean cuisine, it brings together tender beef, fluffy rice, sweetcorn, carrots and spring onions, enhanced by a gochujang sauce that offers a subtle balance between heat and sweetness. The addition of beef stock, garlic and a light touch of mayonnaise brings richness, depth and indulgence.

Light and compact, it slips easily into a rucksack and prepares in just 10 minutes with hot water, ideal for trekking, bushcraft, exploration or any outdoor adventure. With no additives or preservatives, it combines practicality, flavour and energy to recover after exertion or start a new day of expedition.

Ingredients: Rice, minced beef (20%), sweetcorn, beef stock, scrambled egg, carrots, Gochujang, spring onions, rapeseed oil, soy sauce powder (soya, wheat, salt, maltodextrin), water, mayonnaise (rapeseed oil, water, egg yolk, sugar, maize starch, vinegar, mustard, salt, thickener: guar gum, spices), sugar, garlic, iodised salt.

Allergens: Egg, soya, gluten, mustard. May contain traces of: fish, lactose, tree nuts, celery, crustaceans and sulphites.

Preparation instructions:

1) Open the packaging and unfold the base

2) Remove the oxygen absorber

3) Add hot water up to line B or 300ml

4) Stir thoroughly, add more water if needed

5) Close the pouch using the zip seal and wait approximately 8 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
