Description

This Asparagus and Broccoli Risotto is a vegan freeze dried meal to be rehydrated with boiling water directly in the pouch. It has been prepared with 100% natural ingredients by Adventure Menu, a Czech brand that also produces sterilised meals packaged in pouches for bain-marie preparation and dried meats.

This recipe, packaged in a vacuum-sealed pouch weighing just 105g before rehydration, is ideal for all self-sufficient outdoor activities such as hiking, ultra-trail running, cycling, climbing, and more

The Asparagus and Broccoli Risotto offers:

  • Shelf life of 4 years from manufacturing date
  • Also suitable for a lactose-free diet
  • Can be rehydrated with cold water using the self-heating system

Ingredients: Arborio rice (33%), vegetable stock, asparagus (12%), broccoli (10%), red peppers, shallots, white wine, cashew nuts, olive oil, nutritional yeast (dried yeast, malt extract), dried garlic, salt, pepper.

Allergens: Tree nuts. May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation instructions:

1) Tear open the top of the pouch and add 295ml of hot water

2) Stir

3) Close the pouch and wait 10-12 minutes

4) Enjoy your meal!
