Created in collaboration with world-renowned climber Seán Villanueva O'Driscoll, this nettle curry is a concentration of flavour and vitality. Inspired by his active lifestyle and taste for healthy eating, this vegan dish brings together original ingredients in a characterful recipe, ideal for adventurers seeking nourishing and inspiring meals.

This curry combines varied vegetables – sugar snap peas, carrots, squash, broccoli, courgette – with a creamy coconut sauce, all accompanied by basmati rice. The nettle leaves add a distinctive and refreshing vegetable note. The result: a complete, flavoursome and balanced dish, gluten and lactose free, to take anywhere hiking, camping or on expedition.

Packed in a convenient pouch, this freeze dried meal is easily prepared by adding hot water, ready to eat in just a few minutes. A healthy and original dish to discover, even in the heart of nature.

Ingredients: Vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, sugar snap peas, broccoli, green beans, courgette) 42%, rice 28%, coconut milk, coriander leaves, lime juice, salt, green chilli, spices, lemongrass, nettles 0.04%.

Preparation instructions:

1) Tear the top of the pouch above the zip closure and remove the oxygen absorber sachet.

2) Add 390 ml of water and mix well

3) Close the pouch and wait 9 minutes
