Description

Developed by Baouw with Michelin-starred chef Yoann Conte and a nutritionist, this gel combines peach, rhubarb, apple and matcha tea for a natural, organic and vegan recipe. Its fluid texture doesn't stick, ensuring comfortable consumption even during intense efforts.

The low-GI agave syrup, combined with fruit purees and extra virgin olive oil, provides progressive energy release without blood sugar spikes. Matcha tea completes the formula by adding a stimulating and antioxidant boost.

Packaged in a resealable 85g pouch, this gel can be consumed pure (1 to 2 per hour depending on intensity) or diluted in 500ml of water. It's designed to minimise digestive issues often experienced during exercise.

Directions:
- During exercise, consume 1 to 2 gels per hour depending on intensity.
- Take pure or diluted in 500ml of water.

Storage: Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep for a maximum of 48 hours in the refrigerator.
