Mx3's Beef Bourguignon has been prepared in France for outdoor sports and activity enthusiasts and professionals. This freeze dried meal has been packaged in a pouch that allows direct rehydration with hot water. A real time-saver and space-saver in your rucksack as you won't need any additional utensils. Without palm oil and artificial flavours, this recipe can be stored for 2 years after production.

Ingredients: Pasta 42% (durum wheat semolina), cooked freeze-dried beef pieces 15% (beef 99.1%, salt, pepper), sunflower oil, carrot 4%, potato starch, beef powder 4%, button mushroom 3.7%, beef fat, maltodextrin, lactose, salt, beef stock, onion 1.3%, vegetable fibre, milk proteins, malt extract (barley), herbs 0.5%, red wine extract 0.4%, pepper, antioxidant: rosemary extracts.

Allergens: Milk, gluten. May contain traces of crustaceans, eggs, fish, soya, nuts, celery, sulphites.

Preparation instructions:

1) Spread out the base of the pouch so it stands firmly.

2) Gradually pour 220ml of boiling water into the pouch, stir with a spoon.

3) Reseal the pouch using the zip. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

4) Stir the preparation again and enjoy. Bon appétit!
