This recipe originates from the Aubrac, located at the crossroads of three departments: Aveyron, Cantal and Lozère. Made with mashed potato and tome cheese, aligot puree is indulgent and filling. A single serving of this freeze-dried dish provides over 560 kcal, along with approximately 59 g of carbohydrates and 30 g of protein.

Allergens: Milk. May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, milk, gluten, mustard, eggs, celery, fish, soy.

Preparation: 

1) Add 450 ml of hot water

2) Mix well and close the zip seal

3) Wait 5–8 minutes and enjoy.
