Description

The Real Field Meal large-format Provençal pasta is a complete freeze-dried meal, designed to meet the demands of challenging outdoor activities. Perfect for hiking, trekking or expeditions, this meal delivers high energy output in a compact, convenient format.

At around 700 kcal per serving for just 147 g before rehydration, this dish delivers an outstanding weight-to-energy ratio. Once prepared, it provides a generous 520 g portion to help you recover after a demanding day.

Inspired by Provençal cuisine, this recipe delivers pleasant, well-balanced flavours while providing excellent nutritional value. Lactose-free, it is also suitable for a range of dietary requirements.

Developed in Norway by Real Field Meal, this dish is also used in the Arctic Field Rations supplied to certain armed forces — a mark of reliability and performance in demanding conditions.

Easy to prepare — simply add hot water directly to the pouch, stir, and wait a few minutes before eating. With a shelf life of 7 years, it is also easy to store.

Ingredients: Pasta (durum wheat) (33%), beef (beef (84%), salt, vegetable fibres, stabiliser (E450), antioxidant (rosemary extract)) (22%), wheat flour, rapeseed oil, onion (12%), tomato concentrate (4.2%), meat stock (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, rapeseed oil, meat extract, brown sugar, onion), seasoning, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Allergen: Gluten.

Preparation:

1) Tear the top of the pouch above the zip seal. Add 370 ml of hot water (70–100°C / 158–212°F) up to the indicated line

2) Mix well. Close the zip seal and wait for 8 minutes

3) Adjust with hot water to your preference

4) Tear the pouch at the second notch and enjoy!
