This lactose-free and gluten-free dish is vacuum-sealed for easy packing in your backpack on any adventure. With a 4-year shelf life, it's ready in just 8 minutes — making it equally suitable for long-term storage in emergency situations.

Ingredients: Taco meat (beef (60%), potato starch, spices, rice flour, salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein, maltodextrin, sugar, tomato powder, stabilisers (E451, E450), dextrose, antioxidants (E301, E392)) (21%), pepper (15%), tomato, beans (13%), onion (8.5%), sweetcorn (5.3%), tomato concentrate, rapeseed oil, leek, corn starch, celery, taco seasoning (seasoning, potato starch, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)), meat stock (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, rapeseed oil, meat extract, brown sugar, onion), garlic, seasoning, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Allergen: Celery.

Preparation:

1) Tear open the pouch above the zip seal. Add 310 ml of hot water (70–100°C) up to the indicated line

2) Stir well. Close the zip seal and leave to stand for 8 minutes

3) Adjust with hot water to your preference

4) Tear open the pouch at the second notch and enjoy!
