Description

Trek'n Eat's Garden Vegetable Risotto is a tasty vegetarian dish inspired by traditional Italian recipes. It offers a light, balanced alternative to classic risotto while delivering excellent nutritional value, tailored to the demands of outdoor activities.

This dish showcases broad beans, which are rich in fibre and essential minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium. Low in calories yet nutritionally valuable, they contribute to a healthy and easily digestible diet. This risotto also features a blend of spring vegetables including carrots, peas, tomatoes and onions, for a satisfying texture and natural flavours.

Packed in a convenient 150 g pouch, it rehydrates easily with 490 ml of hot water, giving a final portion of 640 g. Simple to prepare directly in the pouch, it's a practical choice for hiking, bivouacking or any self-sufficient trip.

Ingredients: Round rice 37%, mixed vegetables in variable proportions (broad beans, tomatoes, onions, peas, carrots, celery), brown sauce (maltodextrin, starch, iodised salt, flavourings, tomato powder, caramel syrup, corn germ oil, onion powder, spices), maltodextrin, cream powder, whey protein concentrate, fat powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk protein), modified starch, vegetable stock (salt, starch, sugar, spices (contains celery), rapeseed oil, fructose), yeast extract, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, salt, pepper, natural flavouring.

Allergens: Milk, celery. May contain traces of gluten, soya, mustard, egg and tree nuts.

Preparation:

1) Pour boiling water up to the 7.5 cm mark on the scale (380 ml) directly into the pouch

2) Stir and reseal the pouch

3) Leave to stand for 10 minutes
