This meal was developed as part of the Consumer Engagement Labs (CEL) project led by EIT Food. Thanks to user feedback, particularly from seniors, it was designed to offer an appropriate portion size, healthy composition and simple preparation.

Ingredients: Lentils with parsnip (red lentils 16%, parsnip 13%, coconut milk, millet, oil, flat-leaf parsley, salt, horseradish, nutmeg, turmeric) 91%, mushroom in tamarind sauce (mushroom 89%, olive oil, salt, apple vinegar, agave syrup, tamarind, spices, sugar) 9%.
Preparation method:
1) Tear off the top part of the pouch above the zip closure and remove the oxygen absorber sachet.
2) Add 200 ml of water and stir well
3) Close the pouch and wait 9 minutes
