This pearl barley and green lentil risotto is inspired by a great classic from northern Italy, reimagined in a vegan and freeze-dried version, perfect for outdoor activities. Creamy, flavourful and easy to prepare, it offers a delicious and comforting break whilst hiking, camping or during any other journey.
The resealable pouch makes preparation easy: simply add the recommended amount of hot water, mix, reseal and wait 9 minutes. Lightweight and compact, this risotto easily accompanies all routes.

Ingredients: Red pepper 41%, pearl barley 20%, green lentils 14%, leek, avocado 4%, pumpkin seeds, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, spices.

Preparation instructions:
1) Tear off the top part of the pouch above the zip seal and remove the oxygen absorber sachet.
2) Add 372 ml of water and mix well
3) Close the pouch and wait 9 minutes
