This mushroom risotto brings a genuinely gourmet touch to outdoor dining. Winner of a recipe competition, it relies on a base of Arborio rice and a rich, melting texture, for a hearty meal that differs from bivouac classics. Tender mushrooms, white wine, butter and parmesan create a creamy and fragrant sauce, with a "restaurant-quality" feel, even in the middle of the woods.
The flavour profile is crafted and balanced: vegetable stock and a touch of cream enhance the creaminess, whilst garlic and onions add depth without masking the mushroom notes. Ingredients: Risotto rice (50%), vegetable stock (leek, onion, celery, carrot, cauliflower, iodised salt, spices), mushrooms (20%), cream, white wine, water, onion, hard cheese, butter, garlic, iodised salt.
Allergens: Celery, milk. May contain traces of: gluten, fish, soya, tree nuts, crustaceans, eggs, sulphites and mustard.
Preparation instructions:
1) Open the packaging and unfold the base
2) Remove the oxygen absorber
3) Add hot water up to line D or 320 ml
4) Stir thoroughly, add water if necessary
5) Close the pouch using the zip closure and wait approximately 8 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
