58% couscous (semoule de blé dur), 15% légumes en proportions variables (oignons, carottes, maïs, poireau, céleri), graisse de palme, maltodextrine, amidon modifié, lactose, tomates, sel, extrait de levure, protéines de lait, assaisonnement, 1% curry (graines de fenugrec, cumin, curcuma, farine de riz, gingembre, coriandre, clous de girofle), épices, arôme naturel.

Preparation method
Retirez d’abord l’absorbeur d’oxygène du sachet.Versez 320 ml d’eau chaude bouillante sur le plat dans le sachet, remuez bien et laissez infuser pendant au moins 12 minutes dans le sachet refermé.Retirez d’abord l’absorbeur d’oxygène du sachet.Mélangez ensuite 320 ml d’eau froide dans le plat.Placez le sachet dans le système de sachets chauffants CONVAR? et faites chauffer le plat uniformément pendant au moins 15 minutes.
