Description

CONVAR's cooked beef is sliced and freeze-dried beef, designed for versatile use in cooking. Suited to stews as well as stir-fries and simmered dishes, it allows easy incorporation of a quality protein source into many recipes, even in challenging conditions.

Preparation instructions:

1) Remove the desired quantity from the packaging and infuse in boiling hot water.

2) Leave to infuse for 12 minutes to achieve optimal consistency.
