This plant-based alternative to the Italian classic combines pasta, soya protein and tomato sauce in a complete, nourishing and easy-to-carry recipe. Packed in a lightweight, resealable pouch, this dish is perfectly suited to hiking, camping or self-sufficient adventures.
Each serving provides approximately 483 kcal and a generous portion of pasta once rehydrated (nearly 400 g). The tomatoes, carrots, herbs and a touch of red and white wine bring a depth of flavour reminiscent of a rich bolognese sauce, but 100% plant-based.

Ingredients: Pasta (wheat) 64%, tomato coulis, onion, carrot, soya granules, tomato concentrate, red wine (sulphites), white wine (sulphites), celery, garlic, olive oil, salt, thyme, bay leaf.
Allergens: Gluten, soya, sulphites, celery. May contain traces of: eggs, peanuts, milk, tree nuts, sesame.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place
Preparation instructions:
1) Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber
2) Add 275 ml of boiling water
3) Stir well, close the pouch and leave to stand for 10 minutes
4) Stir and enjoy!
