Description

This veal blanquette was cooked with veal shoulder, button mushrooms, carrots, onions. For the sauce, there's fresh cream, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper (and wheat flour).

Packaged in a pouch and sterilised, this meat in sauce keeps for 3 years after production. Easy to store (in a cupboard for example), this pouch is kept at room temperature. It can therefore slip into your camper van or in a desk drawer.
