Description

This Tuna Piperade has been prepared in Brittany, in Finistère, by the company Peny. This company prepares meals for the French army, a guarantee of quality. These recipes are now available to everyone and will be ideal for storage in reserves and cupboards or during motorhome trips thanks to its 4-year shelf life.

When it comes to eating, nothing could be simpler!
Simply heat the tin in a bain-marie, or place it directly over a flame.
Its wide base and short sides allow for cooking and even heat distribution. For eating, the lid that covers the entire tin removes completely, leaving your hands free and making it easy to access the meal directly.

Ingredients: Yellowfin tuna fillet 30%, water, pearls 16% (cereal specialities with egg white prepared: water, durum wheat semolina, powdered egg white, rapeseed oil), red and green peppers 10%, onions, tomato concentrate, rapeseed oil, tomatoes, virgin olive oil, sugar, herbs, salt, modified maize starch, natural flavouring, hot chilli pepper.

Allergens: Gluten, Eggs, Fish and derivatives

Storage advice: Store in a dry, temperate place. After opening: keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Preparation method: Pour the contents of the tin into a saucepan and heat gently for 8 minutes.
