The Beef Stroganoff in large format is a freeze-dried meal inspired by a traditional 19th-century Russian recipe. Reimagined for outdoor enthusiasts, this complete and flavourful meal is perfectly suited to the demands of hiking, bivouacking or long-distance trekking. It combines carefully selected ingredients to deliver an authentic taste experience, even far from home.

This dish features penne pasta accompanied by generous chunks of beef (33%), slow-cooked with onions, button mushrooms, red pepper and pickled gherkins. The whole is enhanced with a hint of mustard and a blend of herbs and spices, delivering a balance between sweetness, acidity and character. This preparation stands out for its high protein content and pleasant texture, ideal after physical exertion.

Easy to prepare – simply add 378 ml of hot water, mix well, then wait 14 to 15 minutes. The resealable pouch allows for practical use in the field without requiring any dishes. Ingredients: Pasta (durum wheat semolina) 39%, beef (strips) 33%, button mushrooms 7%, onion, red pepper, wheat flour, mustard (mustard seeds, vinegar, sugar, salt, spices), gherkin (cucumber, garlic, dill, salt), tomato purée, rapeseed oil, salt, spices (contains celery).

Allergens: Gluten, mustard, celery.

Preparation method:

1) Tear off the top of the pouch above the zip closure and remove the oxygen absorber sachet.

2) Add 378 ml of water and mix well

3) Seal the pouch and wait 14 minutes
