Freeze-dried scrambled eggs 55%, egg, skimmed milk, lactose and milk proteins, modified starch, salt, acidifier: e330, thickener: e415, dehydrated potatoes 17% (100% French origin), freeze-dried crumbled bleu-blanc-cœur tomme cheese 27% (pasteurised cow's milk of French origin, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), pepper.

Preparation method
  • Tear open at the notch, add 110 ml of boiling water and stir well.
  • Reseal the zip and wait 5 minutes before eating.
