It contains 21 vegetarian meals with varied recipes, maintaining a balanced nutritional intake while following a plant-based diet.

Each serving is easily prepared with hot or cold water depending on conditions. Individual meal packaging makes daily ration management straightforward, with no specialist equipment required.
The Pack is packaged in a hermetic, watertight and durable plastic bucket, designed for long-term indoor storage. It can be stored in a cellar, shelter or any other area dedicated to food reserves.
With a total of over 10,000 kcal for just 2.2 kg (4.9 lb), this kit offers an excellent balance of light weight, long shelf life and energy density. Meals keep for up to eight years from the date of manufacture, making it a reliable solution for preparing for the unexpected.

- Apple oat porridge: Oat flakes (70%), oat cream (water, rapeseed oil, oat (7%), modified starch, pea protein, salt, thickeners (carrageenan, locust bean gum, guar gum), emulsifier (lecithin)), apple (10%), sugar, salt, cinnamon.
- Sweet potato curry: Rice, sweet potato (15%), onion, coconut drink (coconut extract, water), chickpeas, water, tomatoes, rapeseed oil, lime, tomato concentrate, iodised salt, sugar, garlic, curry powder (2.5%), ginger, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin.
- Pasta with mushrooms and spinach: Pasta (60%) (durum wheat flour, water), mushrooms (12%) (button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms), spinach (7.3%), water, onions, oat cream (water, rapeseed oil, oat 7%, modified starch, pea proteins, salt, thickener (carrageenan, locust bean gum, guar gum), emulsifier (lecithin)), wheat flour, garlic, iodised salt, pepper, chilli powder.
- Lentil stroganoff: Coconut drink (coconut extract, water), potato, water, red lentils (30%), sweet potato, onion, red pepper, carrots, tomato puree, rapeseed oil, pickled cucumber (cucumber, vinegar, salt, spice extracts, sweetener: sodium saccharin), parsley, iodised salt, paprika powder, white pepper.
Allergens: Gluten. May contain traces of fish, lactose, soy, tree nuts, celery, crustaceans, eggs, sulphites and mustard.
Preparation method:
1) Open the packaging and unfold the base
2) Remove the oxygen absorber
3) Add hot water up to the line
4) Stir thoroughly, add more water if needed
5) Close the pouch using the zip seal and wait. Enjoy your meal!
