Description

The double portion version of Travellunch's Carbonara Pasta is designed for two people or for larger appetites. It offers a generous dish combining tender pasta with a creamy carbonara sauce, enhanced with pieces of ham.

Convenient and quick to prepare, simply add boiling water, mix and wait a few minutes to enjoy a proper hot meal in the great outdoors. This double portion is ideal for sharing during a bivouac, expedition or trip for two.

Its format remains optimised for transport whilst providing sufficient energy for recovery after exertion.

Ingredients: Pasta 44% (durum wheat semolina), ham 10% (pork 74%, salt, dextrose, stabiliser: E 450, preservative: E 250), whole milk powder, modified starch, palm fat, whey proteins, cream powder, maltodextrin, toasted onions 1.8% (onions 76%, palm fat, wheat flour), salt, milk protein, lactose, yeast extract, onions, tomato powder, herbs, flavouring, spice extracts.

Allergens: Gluten, milk. May contain traces of eggs, celery, mustard, lupin and soya.

Preparation instructions:

1) Add 600 ml of boiling water directly into the pouch

2) Stir well

3) Close the zip

4) Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes
