The recipe combines al dente rice with a creamy texture, true to the spirit of a traditional risotto. The porcini mushroom pieces bring an earthy, aromatic flavour, complemented by a touch of Pecorino Romano and parsley.

Preparation method:
1) Tear off the top of the pouch above the zip seal and remove the oxygen absorber sachet.
2) Add 278 ml of water and stir well
3) Close the pouch and wait 9 minutes
