Each stick provides 45g of carbohydrates in a 1:0.5 glucose to fructose ratio, ensuring excellent absorption whilst limiting the risk of digestive issues, even with high carbohydrate intake.

Enriched with 400mg of sodium per serving, it helps maintain electrolyte balance, prevent cramps and support optimal hydration during long rides or in hot conditions. Its fresh, light lemon flavour makes it particularly pleasant to consume during activity.

Convenient to use, the stick dissolves in 500ml of water and transports easily for training, competitions or endurance outings. Formulated without gluten or major allergens, it suits most athletes, even those with sensitive digestions.
