Mx3 Nutrition's Chickpea and Rice Curry is:
Ingredients: Rice 30%, sunflower oil, chickpeas 19%, coconut milk, lactose, onion, tomato, banana, milk proteins, salt, maltodextrin, spices 0.7%, parsley, curry 0.5%, beetroot powder.
Allergens: Milk. May contain traces of gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, soya, nuts, celery, sulphites.
Preparation method:
1) Spread the base of the pouch so it stands firmly.
2) Gradually pour 340ml of boiling water into the pouch, stirring with a spoon.
3) Reseal the pouch using the zip. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
4) Stir the mixture again and enjoy. Bon appétit!
