Description

This South-Western recipe was actually cooked in Brittany. Peny cooks and packages its sterilised meals in tins favoured by the French military.

Ingredients: Pre-cooked white beans 26.5% (white beans, firming agent: E509), water, Toulouse sausage 20% (pork meat*, pork plasma, water, salt, glucose syrup, pork fat, natural flavourings, natural pork casing), confit duck meat 8% (duck meat*, duck fat, salt), smoked sausage 3% (pork meat*, pork plasma, salt, pork fat, water, glucose syrup, natural flavourings, antioxidant: E300), duck fat, modified maize starch, tomato concentrate, natural flavourings, salt, parsley, firming agent: E509. *Origin: EU.

Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening: keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Preparation instructions: Pour the tin's contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 8 minutes.
