Description
The MSR IsoPro 227 g gas cartridge is designed to fuel screw-top outdoor stoves during hiking, bivouacking, trekking or camping trips. Its mid-range capacity delivers more runtime than a small format, while remaining easy to carry in a backpack.
It contains a blend of 80% isobutane and 20% propane. This composition ensures good performance when temperatures drop and allows year-round use. It is therefore more reliable than a cartridge composed mainly of butane in cool conditions.
Compliant with EN 417 standard, it is compatible with the majority of screw-top stoves on the market. Its stainless steel body measures 10.8 x 10.8 x 8.5 cm with a total weight of 374 g.
Its main advantage is its strong balance between runtime, cold resistance and compatibility. It is particularly well suited to multi-day trips or users looking to minimise the number of cartridges they carry.
