Description
The Cnoc Outdoors Buc is a reusable food bag designed for preparing hot meals by rehydration or cold-soaking ingredients. Lightweight and compact, it replaces single-use PET or nylon pouches on hiking trips, bivouacs and bikepacking adventures.
The wide opening makes it easy to fill, mix ingredients and eat straight from the bag. The robust slider, which is attached to the bag, ensures a reliable seal. Simply prepare your meal in advance, add hot water and leave to rehydrate for the time indicated in the recipe. The capacity allows you to prepare up to two servings.
Redesigned in 2024, the Buc features a conical base that keeps it upright when filled. The externally welded corners eliminate hard-to-reach areas and make cleaning straightforward. Millilitre and fluid ounce graduations are printed on the back to help you measure the exact amount of water needed.
Made from a flexible yet tough material, it has a breaking load of over 136 kg (300 lb). It contains no BPA, BPF, BPS or PVC. When empty, it rolls up to a compact length of approximately 18 cm (7 in). Its main advantage lies in combining lightweight construction, durability and reusability — making it a sustainable alternative to single-use cooking pouches.
