Description
The Optimus Energy 4 Season 230 g gas canister is designed to fuel screw-top stoves during hiking, bivouacking and winter expeditions. Its mid-range capacity provides enough autonomy for multi-day trips while remaining easy to carry.
Its blend of butane, isobutane and propane is specially formulated to maintain strong performance as temperatures drop. It can operate down to -22 °C, making it significantly better suited to cold conditions than a standard canister.
Conforming to EN 417 standard, it is compatible with most screw-top stoves on the market, including MSR, Primus, Jetboil and Optimus models. It is not compatible with Campingaz connection systems.
Its valve allows you to detach it from the stove between uses, even when gas remains inside. Its robust construction also provides greater reliability during transport and outings in demanding conditions.
