Description

CONVAR butter powder is a dried butter designed for versatile use in cooking and baking. It allows you to retain the essential uses of butter whilst benefiting from a stable, lightweight and easy-to-store format, perfectly suited to the demands of food self-sufficiency.

This product is part of a comprehensive range of staples designed for long-term storage and emergency provisions. Its powdered form ensures excellent shelf life and great flexibility of use, both for domestic reserves and exceptional situations.

CONVAR butter powder features:

  • A dried butter powder, suitable for cooking and baking
  • A practical alternative to fresh butter for food self-sufficiency

Ingredients: 80% concentrated butter, 15% glucose syrup, 3% calcium caseinate, 1% stabiliser: pentasodium triphosphate; 0.5% anti-caking agent: silicic acid; 0.1% natural flavouring.

Allergen: Milk.

Preparation instructions:

Mix with cold water in a 2:1 ratio (butter powder to water).
