Carrots, potatoes, courgettes, spinach, canola oil, green lentils, broccoli, brown rice, onions, soy sauce, garlic, spices, herbs.

Preparation method
Open the packaging at the first notch and remove the oxygen absorber.Add 400 ml of boiling water to the pouch and stir well.Remove the air, reseal the pouch, turn it upside down and leave to rest for 10 minutes.Tear the pouch at the second notch. Stir well and enjoy!
