Ingredients
Cereal flakes 57% (wheat flakes, oat flakes, barley flakes), skimmed milk 10.6%, sugar, 60% cocoa chips from Fairtrade sources (12%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin), cocoa 4%, caramelised sunflower seeds (sunflower seeds, sugar, caramel), yellow linseed, rice flour, antioxidant: rosemary extracts.

Preparation method
Spread the base of the pouch so it stands upright. Gradually pour 100 ml of boiling water into the pouch and stir with a spoon. Reseal using the zip and leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir again and enjoy.
