The ratatouille is made without preservatives; the hot sterilisation method ensures optimal preservation of the Ratatouille at room temperature.

Packaged in a compact pouch, it's ideal for your outdoor adventures (sailors, hikers, etc.). Quick and easy to prepare, simply reheat the dish in a bain-marie or microwave for a fast meal. You also have the option of reheating it directly in a saucepan.

It can be served with the starch of your choice, whether potatoes, pasta or couscous. It pairs perfectly with a variety of meats, allowing you to personalise your meal according to your preferences.
