Description

The ÖKO replacement filter extends the life of the brand's filter bottles without replacing the entire system. It is suitable for hiking, bivouacking, travel and everyday use where access to safe drinking water cannot always be guaranteed.

Its electro-adsorption technology uses a positive electrical charge to capture microscopic contaminants in fresh water. This Level II filter acts against viruses, bacteria, protozoa, micro-organisms, microplastics, heavy metals and certain pharmaceutical residues.

The flow rate reaches up to 2 litres per minute, so you can drink quickly without waiting. The cartridge can treat up to 400 litres (105 US gal) of water — roughly 6 months of use at 2 litres filtered per day, depending on water quality.

Replacement is simple and tool-free: just remove the old cartridge and insert the new one into the bottle. The ÖKO Counter app also lets you track refills and plan filter changes in advance.

Its key advantage over a standard mechanical filter is its electro-adsorption technology, which targets viruses and several fine pollutants while maintaining a high flow rate.
