Description

The LifeStraw Go replacement filter allows you to extend the life of a LifeStraw Go 2 filter bottle without replacing the entire system. It combines a hollow fibre membrane with an activated carbon capsule to treat the main contaminants found in fresh water.

The filter membrane removes bacteria and protozoa responsible for many waterborne illnesses. Its lifespan can reach up to 4,000 litres, depending on water quality and conditions of use.

The activated carbon capsule reduces chlorine, certain organic chemical contaminants and pesticides. It also improves taste and reduces unpleasant odours. This capsule has a lifespan of approximately three months and can be replaced separately.

Compact, this filter can be carried as a spare during a hike, a trip or an expedition. Its main advantage over a filter membrane alone is the addition of activated carbon, which improves the taste of water and targets certain chemical contaminants.

The LifeStraw Go replacement filter offers:
