Description

Here's a starter soup designed by Norwegian brand Real Turmat, made with reindeer meat, potatoes, and carrots. It can also be served as a main course alongside a dessert to top up its energy contribution of around 246 kcal. A freeze-dried soup that stands out for the quality of its 100% natural ingredients.

This Lapland speciality is considered a celebratory dish, served at weddings and during the Sámi National Day on 6 February.

Pomme de terre (25%), carotte (19%), viande de renne (viande de renne (98%), sel) (18,5%), oignon (15%), huile de colza, farine de blé, bouillon de gibier (extrait de levure, sel, viande de renne, maltodextrine, huile de colza, oignon, assaisonnement), poireau, sauce soja (soja, sel, vinaigre), assaisonnement, caramel (caramel, maltodextrine), antioxydant (acide ascorbique).

Preparation method
Déchirer la partie du sachet au-dessus du zip de fermeture, puis ajouter de l’eau chaude (70-100 °C) jusqu’à la ligne indiquée.Mélanger bien, fermer la fermeture zip et attendre 8 minutes.Ajuster avec de l’eau chaude selon vos préférences.Déchirer le sachet au niveau de la deuxième encoche et déguster.
