Description

The Katadyn BeFree AC refill contains three activated carbon filters compatible with water bottles in the BeFree range. These refills improve the taste quality of water by reducing chemicals, pesticides and bad odours, whilst complementing the action of the hollow fibre filter.

Each capsule attaches easily to the BeFree bottle cap. Once installed, it works by adsorption, capturing unwanted particles to provide purer and more pleasant drinking water. This refill is particularly useful in areas where water has a marked taste or odour (chlorine, organic matter, etc.).

Each filter has an effective lifespan of approximately 100 litres, equivalent to several days to several weeks of use depending on the intensity of your activities. Compact and lightweight, these capsules are easily carried in a backpack without taking up space.
