Description

This tin of vegetarian couscous contains 5 portions to be consumed in emergency situations. One portion will provide all the nutrients necessary for the body to function properly. Contrary to popular belief, freeze dried food retains 95% of a product's nutrients. You can therefore be assured of enjoying a filling, delicious and nutritious meal.

Its 15-year shelf life after production allows you to store it and bring it out at the right moment. This vegetarian couscous is ideal for those seeking food self-sufficiency. It was prepared by Trek'n Eat, a freeze dried meal brand that has developed an 'Emergency Food' range.

Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat semolina 58%, powdered sunflower oil (contains milk, E551), vegetable mix in varying proportions 16.5% (peas, carrots, peppers, celery, onions, tomatoes), seasoning blend (contains celery), maltodextrin, mushrooms, modified starch, salt, parsley, rosemary extract, natural flavouring.

Allergens: Gluten, Milk, Celery

Preparation: Mix the contents with 1300ml of boiling water and leave to stand for approximately 5 minutes.
