Description

Prepare for emergency situations with long-life products from Emergency Food, a Katadyn subsidiary.
This 700g tin, containing approximately 6 portions of garden vegetable risotto, has a 15-year shelf life from manufacture date when unopened. Many international aid organisations and military special units use these products.
Besides the shelf life, the recipe is easy to prepare. Simply rehydrate with hot water and leave to stand for 10 minutes before it's ready to eat.

The garden vegetable risotto features:
- Prepared by Emergency Food, Katadyn's subsidiary specialising in survival food
- A compact format ideal for building food stocks
- A recipe equivalent to that used for Trek'n Eat brand individual sachets



Ingredients: Round rice 37%, meat juice*, assorted vegetables in varying quantities 19.5% (broad beans, tomatoes, onions, peas, carrots, celery), maltodextrin, cream powder, whey protein concentrate, sunflower oil (contains milk, E551), modified starch, potato starch, seasoning mix (contains celery), yeast extract, sugar, citric acid, salt, pepper, natural flavouring. - *The ingredient list states “meat juice”. This is gravy to accompany meat but not actual meat juice. This sauce is vegan.

Allergens: Milk, Celery

Preparation instructions: Add contents to 1700ml boiling water and leave to stand for approximately 10 minutes.
