Emergency Food's dark chocolate muesli is a complete breakfast specially designed for exceptional situations such as natural disasters or crises. Made from cereals and dark chocolate, this muesli is packaged in a tin and can be stored for over 25 years, providing a sustainable food solution in case of disruption to daily life. Each tin is sufficient to feed 4 to 5 people, meeting families' needs during crisis periods.

To prepare it, simply add 375ml cold water, mix well and leave to stand for 3 to 5 minutes. You can adjust the water quantity according to desired consistency, then stir again before serving. The muesli provides an energy value of 404 Kcal per 100g, with an optimal balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fibre, ideal for maintaining energy throughout the day.

Ingredients: Cereal flakes 48% (WHEAT, RYE, OATS), skimmed MILK, dark chocolate chips 10.6% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter), sugar, sunflower oil, MILK proteins, apples, glucose syrup, modified starch, SOYA lecithin, natural flavouring.

Storage: Store in its original unopened packaging at room temperature. Once opened, the dehydrated product keeps for 3 weeks in the closed tin with its lid.

Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber sachet, transfer the contents into a large container. Using the empty tin, add the indicated volume of water at the indicated temperature, mix, cover the container and wait 3 to 5 minutes. Adjust the water quantity according to desired consistency, stir again and serve.

Preparation method: Retirer le sachet absorbeur d'oxygène, transférer le contenu dans un grand récipient grand.
