Sterilised beans (25%), minced beef (20%), chopped tomatoes (15%) (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), beef stock, onions, paprika, sterilised sweetcorn (sweetcorn, water, salt), rice flour, maize flour, rapeseed oil, chilli, garlic, cumin, sweet paprika.

Preparation method
Tear open the top of the pouch and add 443 ml of hot water. Stir. Close the pouch and wait 10–12 minutes. Enjoy!
