CONVAR's lentil stew is a nourishing and comforting instant meal, made from lentils and carefully selected ingredients. Rich in flavour and energy, it provides a complete meal particularly suited to supporting physical effort and maintaining food autonomy in demanding conditions.

Designed for outdoor activities, tactical use and emergency supplies, this stew offers a reliable and satisfying solution. Its compact FlatPack format makes transport and storage easy, whilst the robust packaging ensures long shelf life, even in challenging environments.

CONVAR's lentil stew offers:

Ingredients: 37% lentils, 27% potatoes (with colouring: turmeric extract), maltodextrin, palm fat, table salt, carrots, onions, seasoning, leeks, yeast extract, celery, sugar, caramel, acidity regulator: potassium citrate, sodium diacetate, acidifiers: citric acid, glucono-delta-lactone, spices.

Allergen: Celery.

Preparation instructions:

1) First remove the oxygen absorber from the pouch.

2) Then pour 325ml of boiling water over the meal in the pouch, stir well and leave to stand for at least 12 minutes in the resealed pouch.
